Free Website Uptime Monitor

Get emailed the moment your site goes down — and when it recovers. Enter your URL and email, confirm with one click, and we’ll watch your site around the clock. No account, no password, completely free.

We’ll email a confirmation link, then alert you only when the status changes (down → up). No account, no password. Checked from a single location.

Frequently asked questions

How does the free uptime monitor work?

You enter your website URL and email, then confirm via a link we send you. From then on we check your site on the schedule you chose and email you the moment it stops responding — and again when it comes back online. There’s no account to create and no password.

Why do I have to confirm by email?

To make sure nobody can sign up your address (or someone else’s) for alerts they didn’t ask for. The confirmation link proves the inbox owner actually wants the monitoring. Until you click it, nothing is checked.

Will I get false “your site is down” alerts?

We do everything to avoid them: when a check fails, we immediately re-check before alerting, so a one-off network blip won’t trigger an email. Note that we check from a single location, so a routing issue between our server and yours can occasionally cause a false positive — but the double-check catches the vast majority.

How do I pause or stop monitoring?

Every alert email (and your confirmation) includes a private link to your monitor’s status page, where you can see uptime and downtime history and pause or delete the monitor at any time — no login required.
